Effective 4 August 2026

Goalzenix runs in two modes, and the honest answer to "what do you collect" is different in each. This page says both rather than averaging them into something vaguer than the truth.

Signed out, we receive nothing

Without an account, Goalzenix keeps your tasks in Apple Reminders on your device, and keeps the things Reminders cannot store — sections, boards, labels, saved filters, archive flags — in a small local database beside it.

Both sync through your own iCloud account: Reminders the way Reminders always has, and the local database through CloudKit's private database, which is your storage and not ours. No task you write in this mode ever reaches a Goalzenix server, because in this mode the app has no server to reach. We cannot read any of it.

Signed in, we store what sync needs

Signing in creates an account so your tasks can move between your devices, the web app, and — if you connect it — your AI assistant. From that point we hold:

What we do not do

There is no tracking of any kind. No analytics SDK, no advertising identifier, no third-party trackers, no profiling, and nothing sold or shared with data brokers. This is not an aspiration — the apps ship a privacy manifest declaring NSPrivacyTracking false with an empty tracking-domain list, and there is no third-party dependency in the app to do it behind our backs.

We do not read your task content, except where you have asked a feature to act on it or where we cannot avoid it in order to fix a fault you have reported to us.

Who else touches it

Only the services that make the product work, each doing one job:

If you connect Goalzenix to an AI assistant, that assistant reaches your tasks only after you sign in and grant it access, and only for as long as you leave that access in place. What it then does with what it reads is governed by whoever makes it.

Keeping and deleting

Synced data is kept while your account exists. Email support@goalzenix.com to have your account and everything in it deleted, and we will confirm when it is done. Deleting the app alone does not delete server-side data, and data held in your own iCloud account is removed the way you remove anything else from iCloud.

You can take your data with you at any time without asking us: Goalzenix exports any project to CSV from inside the app.

Children

Goalzenix is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from a child under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will remove it.

Changes, and how to reach us

If this policy changes in a way that matters we will say so in the app rather than quietly reposting the page. Questions, requests, or a demand to see what we hold: support@goalzenix.com.
